Today I went over the footage that I have. Since all of the shots had more than one take I wanted to thoroughly analyze each one on their own. First I looked at each take separately. Then I looked at each take when compared to the others. After choosing the ones I personally felt were the best I went to my family to ask their opinion. After hearing what they had to say, I then went to a few of my peers to ask their thoughts. My plan was to obtain feedback in order to make a good decision on which takes I should upload into the editor. Since uploading the footage to the computer can be quite the process I wanted to be sure I would not have to go back and replace any clips with another. I figure if that were to happen it would make editing more tedious. After doing this I then proceeded to search alternative music options, as my attempts to get into contact with the artist of the music I originally wanted to use did not go as planned. Through searching I found this online site called audiojungle. Upon using the search bar I found a few lyric-free instrumentals I feel would go well with my project. However, before choosing them I want to be 100% sure that it is allowed. The website I found showed up as a search result for free to use and download music. However, it did show the creators and gave an option to message them. Just to be on the safe side I initiated contact. I am still waiting for a response. Just to have a plan C I will be sure to search for more music. It is essential that I find it so I can begin editing it along with the clips together, rather than one after the other. For now I will leave you with a picture of the site I mentioned.
